Awesome Celebrity Birthday Of The Day: Julia Louis-Dreyfus

By Kenny HerzogWelcome to one of NCDSUV's favorite daily features, where we acknowledge another turn of the calendar for a member of Hollywood land, even if it's a celebrity who often goes overlooked by the rest of the blogosphere, and regardless of whether we have a huge affinity for their body of work.
Yesterday we put a different spin (fittingly) on the usual intent of this column to derisively slam Rush Limbaugh, but today we get back to ironic business as usual and say "Get out!" to the queen of comedy's show about nothing.

Today's Awesome Celebrity Birthday Belongs To:
Julia Louis-Dreyfus
Age: 47
Why She's Sort Of Awesome: Sure, Watching Ellie was, well, unwatchable. And Julia's paying the bills by wallowing in middling (if successful) sitcoms like The New Adventures Of Old Christine. But much like only Bill Cosby and the Obama family are treated to a free meal at Ben's Chili Bowl in Washington, D.C., any member of Seinfeld's central foursome gets an automatic spot in this little column. And hey, she's also managed to stay smokin' hot despite nearing the half-century mark, and still showed she could bring the goods in one of two classic Curb Your Enthusiasm episodes revolving around the word cunt.
Most Likely Celebrity Status 20 Birthdays From Now: At 67, Louis-Dreyfus will have emerged as a beloved triple threat of both one-woman revues on Broadway, sassy older-lady guest spots on edgy modern-day sitcoms and a rejuvenation in relevance by way of portraying a Stifler's mom-esque MILF in raunchy teen flick Organ Boner.
All Apologies To: Penelope Ann Miller, Patrick Dempsey, Traci Bingham
