Why She's Sort Of Awesome: Fuck Meredith Brooks. This Miami MC should get more credit for women taking ownership back over the word "bitch." Because as her debut LP confirmed, she was Da Baddest one. She's got a more original flow than half the toughgirl rappers from the Northeast, and simultaneously possesses raw sexiness and cultivated swagger, without the one-dimensional sluttitude of Lil Kim or penchant for constant mischief like Foxy Brown.
Most Likely Celebrity Status 20 Birthdays From Now: Running her own label enterprise and correspinding fashion line, and licensing out the title track from her aforementioned inaugural LP for novelty covers by sixth generation emo bands.
